1 General Provisions

To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. Withdrawals may be temporarily held if the verification process is incomplete.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ck444bet offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus funds, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning a ৳1,500 bonus requires ৳15,000 in bets.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games or betting markets.
• One bonus offer cannot be combined with another unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
• ck444bet reserves the right to verify any member's eligibility for a bonus and to decline an offer if necessary.
• Bonus funds are not cash; they may only be used for betting purposes.

5.3 VIP Cashback Programme

ck444bet's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier receives a weekly cashback payment, which is a percentage of that week's net losses. Gold tier members can receive up to 0.9% cashback — for example, ৳180 cashback on ৳20,000 in net losses.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on overall activity and active participation on the platform. The Diamond tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 1.5%.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing and Settling Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or changed, unless a cash out or edit bet option is available where applicable. Bets will be settled in accordance with official results and ck444bet's rules.

For cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international matches, if a match is abandoned or incomplete, a decision on refund or cancellation will be made based on the applicable betting rules.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a bet cannot be completed due to a system outage, connectivity issue, or software error, ck444bet will review the situation and make a final decision. The platform reserves the right to void abnormal odds or payouts that result from an obvious or human error.

6.3 Multi-Bets and Accumulator Bets

A multi-bet allows multiple events to be combined in a single bet. The full payout is only paid if all selections win — if one selection loses, the entire bet is lost. Placing correlated events from the same match within the same accumulator is prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck444bet:

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity through betting or casino operations.
• Manipulating the system using bots, automated software, or any other technical means.
• Operating multiple accounts solely for the purpose of collecting bonuses.
• Betting against yourself (arbitrage betting) or acting as part of a coordinated betting group.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage the platform's reputation.

If any of these rules are violated, the associated account will be suspended immediately, the balance and bonuses may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

11 Limitation of Liability

Casino games are operated by game studios (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, etc.); ck444bet is not directly responsible for their RTP or the determination of their outcomes.

ck444bet's maximum liability in respect of any single claim shall be limited to the amount paid in that transaction.

12 Dispute Resolution

The time limit for submitting a dispute is 30 (thirty) days from the date of the relevant incident. Disputes submitted after this deadline may not be accepted.
